Alluette's Cafe: Tofu Stir-Fry

FitMenu member restaurant Alluette's Cafe in downtown Charleston, SC may be tucked away from the tourists  but has a rapidly growing following that loves her creations of fresh, organic, local produce. 

Here, Alluette demonstrates a tofu and vegetable stir fry dish using seasonal vegetables from an organic farm in nearby John's Island. She shows how a simple reduction in the oil used lowers to the fat to meet FitMenu's standards.
